Technology Solutions Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-user support requests through the full ticketing lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs
• Execute user provisioning and de-provisioning across all systems, including MFA configuration and access reviews
• Oversee corporate device lifecycle management via MDM solutions, from deployment to secure decommissioning
• Administer third-party SaaS applications, including vendor management, license tracking, and security compliance
• Develop and lead security awareness programs, phishing simulations, and employee training initiatives
• Create and maintain comprehensive SOPs, knowledge base articles, and system documentation
• Optimize core business systems and partner with clinical and operational teams to develop technology solutions

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional IT experience with hands-on ownership of IT solutions
• Proven experience with user provisioning/de-provisioning and SaaS application configuration
• Proficiency with device management, access management, multi-factor authentication, and patch management
• Experience conducting security audits, access reviews, and maintaining compliance documentation
• Strong organizational skills with ability to context-switch across multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clinicians, vendors, and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience with HIPAA knowledge
• Participation in SOC2 or HITRUST assessments
• Familiarity with Atlassian, Google Workspace, JumpCloud, macOS, Venn, Windows, or Zoom
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or STEM field (or equivalent experience)
• Relevant professional certifications
