Telegram Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and moderate local Telegram groups to ensure a positive and engaging environment
• Foster community growth by initiating discussions and providing updates on company news and product releases
• Develop and share engaging content related to Poker, Cryptocurrency, and Blockchain gaming
• Act as the primary point of contact for community members to assist with questions and issues
• Implement strategies to increase user engagement and track community sentiment
• Organize and promote community events such as AMAs, giveaways, and contests
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community efforts with company goals

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of poker is essential
• Native or fluent in the language of the community being managed (e.g., Korean, Japanese, French, or Italian)
• Experience managing Telegram, Discord, or similar online social communities
• Good understanding of the local poker community and player culture
• Strong written communication skills with a community-first tone
