Telehealth Nurse

Responsibilities

• Engage with members through text-based chat and phone to provide telehealth services and support
• Deliver an exceptional member experience by conveying empathy and warmth
• Independently handle and resolve tasks adhering to high-quality standards
• Collaborate with virtual and in-practice team members via constant communication
• Utilize clinical training to provide personalized virtual patient care
• Maintain accurate medical records and communication documentation
• Master internal systems and tools to meet quality and productivity goals
• Maintain deep knowledge of memberships, services, and perks

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a LVT/RVT/CVT
• Ability to triage and recognize medical emergencies and illnesses
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Highly skilled at technology and online tools (G Suite, Slack, Intercom, or CRM platforms)
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Customer service mindset with high empathy
