Telemedicine Clinical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual telemedicine consultations (video/phone) for fertility, menopause/perimenopause, and low testosterone/men’s health concerns
• Deliver evidence-based, guideline-aligned care using ACOG, ASRM, The Menopause Society, AUA, and Endocrine Society standards
• Order, review, and interpret labs, manage medications, and coordinate appropriate referrals
• Document clinical visits accurately in Carrot systems, including treatment plans and member education
• Utilize inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive communication to support diverse member populations
• Maintain active licensure, credentialing, and compliance with multi-state telemedicine regulations

Requirements

• U.S.-licensed MD, DO, PA, or NP with expertise in early fertility, menopause, or men's health
• Minimum 3-5+ years of active clinical experience in the applicable specialty
• Active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one U.S. state
• MSCP certification from The Menopause Society (or actively in progress) for menopause specialists
• Ability to commit to approximately 10–15 hours per month
• Familiarity with HIPAA and telemedicine privacy requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Clinical experience spanning multiple specialties (fertility, menopause, and men's health)
• Experience in digital health or multi-state telemedicine environments
• Obesity medicine training or ABOM certification
• Experience supporting LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse individuals
• IMLC licensure
