Territory Sales Manager

Noctrix Health is redefining the treatment of chronic neurological disorders with clinically validated therapeutic wearables. We have pioneered the world’s first drug-free wearable therapy, clinically proven to alleviate symptoms in adults with drug-resistant Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and market awareness through consistent engagement with customers, accounts, and advocacy groups
• Develop and manage strategic territory plans to grow business and long-term partnerships
• Identify and build strong relationships with KOLs, titration partners, and accounts
• Conduct regular sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitor research
• Coordinate with Marketing to broaden market awareness and support product launches
• Manage CRM administration and participate in customer education events
• Achieve territory sales goals in a high-growth startup environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant business experience
• Medical device industry experience or knowledge preferred
• Experience bringing new products to market
• Proven sales track record
• Ability to travel throughout the territory as necessary
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
