Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Specify, develop, and procure test equipment, fixtures, and solutions
• Analyze repair data and assist debug technicians to improve repair yields and output
• Assist with new product introduction for repair, including equipment setup and qualification
• Manage scrap from the repair process in coordination with Service Planning
• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to ensure timely application
• Identify, document, and approve Service Deviations
• Work with internal teams to sunset products reaching EOR/EOM status
• Support site Test Engineers on coding standards, training, and test script maintenance
• Debug, analyze, and root cause yield and test issues
• Drive quality issues to resolution through cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of test engineering experience
• Vendor management experience
• Strong programming knowledge in Python and Linux/Unix shell scripting
• Familiarity with version control and CI tools like GitHub and Jenkins
• Excellent technical and executive-level communication skills
• Project management knowledge
• Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNA Routing and Switching Certification
• Familiarity with manufacturing (MFG) processes
