Test Project Manager

About the Company

The European Payments Initiative (EPI) is building a new, proudly European payment system through Wero, a digital wallet that makes sending and receiving money simple, seamless, and secure across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of member testing projects for multiple Members simultaneously
• Ensure timely execution of testing phases and coordinate meetings with Members
• Solve implementation issues by facilitating debugging and securing support from other EPI teams
• Plan necessary resources and access to various test environments
• Plan, organise, and coordinate end-to-end tests across members
• Generate and communicate regular reports to Members regarding observations, results, and next steps
• Dive into open technical issues as needed

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing complex, multistakeholder projects
• At least 3 years of experience implementing payment solutions (core and mobile banking platform integrations)
• Experience with regulatory and compliance testing
• Strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem in France, Germany, Belgium, or Netherlands
• Fluent in English and another European language (ideally German, French, or Dutch)
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, multicultural environment
