Therapeutics/Aesthetics Associate

Responsibilities

• Rotate across key business areas including Product Sales & Marketing and Customer Excellence & Market Access
• Work closely with team members to understand business processes and contribute to key projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, and finance teams to deliver business initiatives
• Analyze market data and business challenges to propose creative solutions to senior stakeholders
• Gain a broad understanding of the pharmaceutical and aesthetics sectors through hands-on learning
• Participate in one-on-one mentorship, coaching, and formal training workshops

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biomedical, Pharmacy, Science, or a relevant field
• Emirati National with UAE Family Book
• Full Right to Work in the UAE
• Full Driving License by the start of the program
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Foundational commercial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to relocate to or commute to Dubai
