Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth therapy sessions for youth ages 2–26
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each patient's unique needs
• Partner with families and caregivers to improve treatment engagement and outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and administrative teams for coordinated care
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and records

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted U.S. license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, LSW, or LMSW)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents
• Availability for at least 8 hours per week during core hours (Mon-Fri after 3 PM ET or weekends)
• Reliable phone, computer, and high-speed internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of telehealth or virtual care experience
