Third-Party Management Senior Advisor

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and contracting activities for MEA across assigned spend categories
• Review, draft, and negotiate supplier contracts, SLAs, and Statements of Work
• Provide strategic direction and governance for assigned supplier relationships
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and manage risk oversight
• Lead recurring Enterprise Business Review sessions with business partners and suppliers
• Manage supplier governance activities within TPM tools, including profiling and spend reviews
• Perform vendor-facing assessments such as SLA and business continuity plan reviews
• Act as the primary point of contact for governance and compliance regarding third-party arrangements
• Support adherence to regulatory requirements and coordinate reporting to Finance/Board

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, legal, or operations
• Minimum of 11 years of experience in strategic sourcing, third-party management, or global procurement
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholder relationships in a multinational or matrixed environment
• Strong knowledge of the full Source-to-Pay lifecycle
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts and SLAs
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or pharmacy benefits management
• Exposure to procurement systems like Ariba, ProcessUnity, or Icertis
• Experience with UAE outsourcing or third-party risk management regulatory frameworks
• Industry certifications such as SIG, CSCP, or CPM
