Tools & Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the selection, configuration, and rollout of automation tools and productivity platforms
• Own the integration landscape—ensure our tools speak fluently to each other across all departments
• Identify operational bottlenecks and build scalable automation solutions to eliminate them
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve pain points through smart workflows and system enhancements
• Keep a sharp eye on tool-related spend and optimization opportunities
• Champion clean documentation and best practices for internal tools usage

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years experience in tools management, workflow automation, or system integration
• Hands-on knowledge of platforms like HubSpot, Zapier, Salesforce, or equivalent
• A strong grasp of integration principles, process mapping, and change management
• Budget-conscious mindset for tooling decisions
• Stellar communication and collaboration skills—you translate tech into team wins
