Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years experience in tools management, workflow automation, or system integration
  • Hands-on knowledge of platforms like HubSpot, Zapier, Salesforce, or equivalent
  • A strong grasp of integration principles, process mapping, and change management
  • Budget-conscious mindset for tooling decisions
  • Stellar communication and collaboration skills—you translate tech into team wins
