Total Rewards Analyst

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation programs including base, bonus, and equity
• Design reports and tools for HR Business Partners
• Participate in compensation surveys and conduct data analysis
• Identify process and program improvement opportunities
• Support analysis and administration of insurance, wellness, and retirement programs
• Maintain knowledge of federal and state regulations for compliance
• Contribute to special projects such as bonus and equity plan initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant Total Rewards experience
• Strong analytical skills and aptitude for working with numbers
• Detail-oriented and results-driven

Preferred Qualifications

• SuccessFactors experience
