Trader Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for traders and customers via live chat, email, and Discord
• Resolve inquiries regarding account questions, technical issues, trading platforms, and data feeds
• Troubleshoot incoming inquiries and escalate to Compliance, Operations, or Technology teams when necessary
• Educate traders on account processes, platform functionality, and rules
• Contribute to the trader-facing Learning Center and internal knowledge bases
• Monitor trading systems and support trends to proactively identify issues
• Participate in beta testing for new features and provide product feedback

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
• Experience using CRM or support tools like Intercom, HubSpot, or Zendesk
• Ability to work the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST shift
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in prop trading, futures, FX, or cryptocurrency
• Basic understanding of trading concepts or financial products
• Experience with NinjaTrader, Tradovate, or TradingView
• Experience supporting communities via Discord or Telegram
