Responsibilities

  • Respond to learner questions within a 48-hour timeframe
  • Grade assignments within a 4-calendar-day timeframe
  • Conduct telephone or video sessions for 3 hours per week

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Management, Economics, or Management/Economics/Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an adult trainer
  • Proven experience in multimodal animation (in-person, remote, hybrid, LMS, virtual classrooms)
  • Strong communication and pedagogical skills
  • High attention to detail
