You bring a solid foundation in coaching principles and demonstrated experience facilitating dynamic and impactful training sessions for groups of varied sizes, fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth. This is a position carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubaï, Lisbon or from the comfort of your couch. English fluency and French bilingual are required.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to PXS's ethical, business, and coaching guidelines, challenging them for improvement.
  • Participate in coordination calls with the team to ensure alignment and effective planning.
  • Conduct engaging online training sessions from your home, showcasing not only expertise in the subject matter but also comfort with technology.

Requirements

  • Strong facilitation skills to create an inclusive and participative learning environment.
  • Knowledge and practical application of coaching principles and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Confident and independent use of Zoom and other online meeting tools for virtual training sessions.
  • Knowledge of David Laroche and the Paradox environment, coaching approach.
