Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual training review and guidance for the implementation of best practices
  • Oversee virtual training guidance and best practices during the development of organizational training plans
  • Support the effectiveness of virtual training by understanding origination and remote site needs

Requirements

  • US Citizenship required
  • Proven virtual leadership training experience
  • Distance learning certification
  • 15+ years of demonstrated experience in professional development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
