Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep organizational assessments to identify skill and capability gaps across all departments
  • Lead regular one-on-one coaching sessions with individual contributors, managers, and directors
  • Design and deliver manager development curricula focused on accountability, feedback, and communication
  • Build and facilitate new hire training programs to accelerate time-to-contribution
  • Own the end-to-end execution of the AI Enablement Program
  • Implement and manage the company's first Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Create diverse learning content including guides, workshops, and presentations
  • Track program metrics and report results to leadership to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in learning and development, talent enablement, or organizational development
  • Proven track record of leading live training sessions and one-on-one coaching engagements
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments and translating findings into actionable development plans
  • Experience with LMS implementation or managing L&D infrastructure
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coaching leaders on performance management and accountability
  • Strong instructional design skills that prioritize behavior change
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, high-standards environment
