About The Team

You will become a part of a dynamic and autonomous team comprising Careem veterans and new members committed to building Careem Food, sharing unified values like ownership, aiming high, and serving customers, partners, colleagues, and captains.

Responsibilities

• On-board and train new restaurants and shops into the Careem Food Delivery network.
• Visit them to set up dashboards (on Careem-provided or restaurant devices).
• Cater to diverse partners, including large food chains, medium/small outlets, flower shops, and pharmacies.
• Maintain trackers for device dispatch and ensure timely online operations.
• Provide retraining and technical support as needed.

Requirements

• Strong passion for interacting with people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Dubai Market and UAE driver’s license preferred.
• Candidates should be on their own visa, with preference given to fresh graduates.
