Job description
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all domestic and international travel arrangements for family members.
- Book flights, private aviation, luxury hotels, serviced apartments, and ground transportation.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including schedules, reservations, and essential travel information.
- Coordinate visa applications, travel insurance, and ensure all travel documentation remains valid.
- Arrange airport VIP services, meet-and-greet assistance, and chauffeur services.
- Research and recommend destinations, restaurants, and bespoke activities based on family preferences.
- Handle last-minute travel changes, cancellations, and emergency requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with personal assistants, security personnel, and household staff to ensure smooth logistics.
- Monitor travel budgets and maintain accurate records of bookings and expenses.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in luxury travel planning, executive coordination, or as a Travel Consultant.
- Proven experience working with VIP, UHNW, or royal family clients.
- Strong knowledge of international travel regulations, visa procedures, and documentation.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexible hours to accommodate urgent needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration.
- Experience arranging luxury holidays, private aviation, and yacht charters.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
