Job description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all domestic and international travel arrangements for family members.
  • Book flights, private aviation, luxury hotels, serviced apartments, and ground transportation.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including schedules, reservations, and essential travel information.
  • Coordinate visa applications, travel insurance, and ensure all travel documentation remains valid.
  • Arrange airport VIP services, meet-and-greet assistance, and chauffeur services.
  • Research and recommend destinations, restaurants, and bespoke activities based on family preferences.
  • Handle last-minute travel changes, cancellations, and emergency requests efficiently.
  • Coordinate with personal assistants, security personnel, and household staff to ensure smooth logistics.
  • Monitor travel budgets and maintain accurate records of bookings and expenses.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in luxury travel planning, executive coordination, or as a Travel Consultant.
  • Proven experience working with VIP, UHNW, or royal family clients.
  • Strong knowledge of international travel regulations, visa procedures, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexible hours to accommodate urgent needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration.
  • Experience arranging luxury holidays, private aviation, and yacht charters.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
