Responsibilities

• Prepare cash and inventory reporting across entities to ensure liquidity visibility
• Monitor and reconcile daily bank balances and transaction activity
• Perform daily cash positioning for funding and vendor payments
• Execute cash movements including wires and ACH transfers adhering to SOX controls
• Manage funding operations for loan sales and ensure compliance with legal agreements
• Support vendor payment processing and oversight of wire templates
• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close processes
• Reconcile loan and collateral data across internal systems and blockchain records
• Partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Legal teams to streamline data collection

Requirements

• 3+ years in financial services with experience in funding, treasury, or financial operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Ability and willingness to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with treasury management software (TMS) or ERP systems (specifically Kyriba)
• Experience with cash forecasting
• Familiarity with Tableau
• Interest in blockchain technology
