Treasury & Compliance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute domestic and international payments, including vendor payments and payroll
• Monitor and manage daily cash balances across all ALU entities and bank accounts
• Prepare and update short and medium-term cash flow forecasts
• Coordinate statutory obligations including Withholding Tax (WHT) and VAT filings
• Perform weekly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Manage bank account setup, maintenance, and signatory updates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for banking partners and tax regulators
• Enforce adherence to treasury processes, approval matrices, and internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2⁅4 years of experience in treasury, accounting, fund accounting or finance operations
• Exposure to payment processing, bank reconciliations, or cash management
• Proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Working knowledge of tax compliance (WHT, VAT) is an advantage
