Responsibilities

• Build a money and capital management function capable of handling large volumes of funds and potential investment rounds
• Manage cash flow forecasting and develop liquidity policies across all legal entities and currencies
• Manage banking relationships in the US and Europe, transitioning them to API integrations
• Manage FX risks and hedging strategies
• Maintain debt service calendars and covenant compliance, preparing analytics for the CFO
• Implement treasury AI tools (e.g., Nilus) and build consolidated cash flow dashboards

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance in a multi-entity, multi-currency structure
• Understanding of FX risks and hedging instruments
• Experience with treasury AI platforms (Nilus, Kyriba, or similar)
• Understanding of debt structures (credit lines, venture debt, convertible bonds) and covenant mechanics
• Proficiency in NetSuite or another ERP system
