Treasury Operational Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Payments team and act as the primary point of contact for operational matters
• Monitor payment flows and ensure timely and accurate execution of payments, including high-priority transactions
• Oversee operational performance, SLA compliance, and payment processing quality
• Manage workload distribution, prioritization, and operational coordination
• Analyze payment routes and support the selection of efficient payment solutions and legal entities
• Own operational reporting, including volumes, processing quality, error rates, and performance metrics
• Coordinate with banks, payment providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
• Lead incident management, including escalation handling and root cause analysis
• Maintain operational documentation, knowledge bases, and onboarding processes
• Perform regular reconciliations across payment systems, accounting records, and merchant reports
• Drive process improvements through automation and workflow optimization

Requirements

• Proven experience leading payments, treasury, or financial operations teams
• Strong understanding of payment operations, banking processes, and operational risk management
• Experience managing operational KPIs and service quality standards
• Hands-on experience with reconciliations and operational controls
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with accounting systems (1C or similar) and reporting tools like Tableau
• Fluent in English and Russian
