Job description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users
  • Build strong and effective customer relationships for growth
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with partner sales and channel teams to maximize deal sizes
  • Participate in sales enablement trainings, including comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, advanced sales training, and leadership development

Requirements

  • 3+ years field software sales experience in a fast-paced, competitive market (quota-carrying, new business acquisition & horizontal account growth)
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Experience co-selling with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) & GSIs (Accenture, KPMG, etc)
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Driven, competitive, and success-oriented
  • Native Turkish speaker
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for growing career in the largest software market (database)
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
  • Familiarity with databases, cloud-native infrastructure a plus
