Turkish VRI/OPI Interpreter

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate Turkish-English interpretation for OPI/VRI healthcare and medical calls
• Render all messages completely without adding, omitting, or substituting content
• Apply professional standards and interpreter code of conduct during sessions
• Take notes and maintain high accuracy during fast-paced conversations
• Participate in internal professional training and pursue additional certifications
• Report to team leaders and comply with dress code for video remote interpreting

Requirements

• Native Turkish and fluent English proficiency
• 1+ years of telephone interpretation experience with a recognized company
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology; legal terminology knowledge is a plus
• High school diploma in native language
• High emotional intelligence and cultural tolerance
• Excellent communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills

Preferred Qualifications

• International healthcare certifications (PICSI, ALTA, HIPAA, etc.)
• Additional language pairs or specialized industry expertise
