Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in the UAE.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure company compliance with UAE laws and regulations, including those relevant to corporate governance.
- Support the business in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring activities.
- Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and external counsel.
- Advise management on legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or Master’s Degree (LLM) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate law, preferably in a multinational or top-tier law firm.
- Strong understanding of UAE commercial and corporate legislation.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in Arabic and English.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
