Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify UAE-based micro/nano creators and loyal guests across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat
  • Build and maintain a structured creator/UGC database (location, platform, style, audience, status)
  • Manage outreach and invitations for tastings, previews, openings, and in-store experiences
  • Coordinate with store teams in Abu Dhabi and Dubai for bookings, timing, and simple content moments
  • Provide light content guidelines (talking points, tags, hashtags, disclosure)
  • Track posts and performance: links, views, saves, engagement, sentiment
  • Curate top posts for reposts, ads, newsletters, and in-store screens with permissions
  • Re-engage top performers and superfans; support small paid collaborations and tracking
  • Deliver weekly/monthly reports on invites, visits, posted content, and performance insights

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or community roles
  • Deep knowledge of Instagram and TikTok culture and trends in the UAE
  • Strong written communication for on-brand DMs, emails, and briefs
  • Highly organized; proficient with spreadsheets/Notion/Airtable for clean tracking
  • Relationship-first mindset; comfortable with outreach and follow-ups
  • Detail-oriented on brand fit, disclosure, and simple guidelines
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Based in the UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi) with flexibility to visit stores

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in F&B, lifestyle, or fashion/beauty
  • Basic Canva/CapCut skills for light edits and reposting
  • Understanding of performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, CTR)
