UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

Design growth loops, onboarding journeys, and marketing surfaces that convert curious founders into loyal customers. Partner with growth, product, and engineering to ship experiments quickly and iterate using data. Key responsibilities include:

• Design and ship landing pages, onboarding flows, and in-product prompts to improve activation and conversion.
• Run rapid experiments with growth and engineering; translate learnings into scalable patterns.
• Maintain and evolve component-driven design systems for marketing and product growth surfaces, ensuring accessibility and consistency.
• Instrument flows with analytics to track drop-offs, funnel lift, and experiment results; use funnel metrics to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize experiments, communicate designs, and support implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shipping experiments in tech or SaaS products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable outcomes and A/B testing
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and component-driven workflows
• Experience instrumenting analytics or working with product analytics teams
