UI/UX Designer Principal

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in UX design and Information Architecture using Human-Centered Design methodologies
• Create UX research plans, conduct generative research, and deliver research outcomes
• Lead the design and development of user interfaces, providing actionable specifications to development teams
• Design dynamic forms, rich cards, and drag-and-drop features
• Define and maintain UX frameworks, templates, and IA standards to ensure scalability and consistency
• Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and workflows
• Conduct usability testing sessions and apply results to refine designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Tailwind

Requirements

• 10+ years of general experience in information systems with 8+ years of specialized experience
• Extensive experience developing Information Architecture for complex enterprise applications
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools and usability testing tools
• Detailed knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements
• Experience working in an Agile environment with knowledge of SAFe
• Proven track record of delivering scalable software solutions and a professional portfolio
• Strong communication skills for articulating design decisions to stakeholders
