Responsibilities

• Adapt UN Women's core Care training modules to the local context in Uzbekistan
• Revise training concept notes and develop training agendas
• Co-facilitate training sessions in Uzbek and/or Russian
• Integrate findings from studies on formalizing domestic and care work into training modules
• Design pre- and post-training questionnaires to assess learning outcomes
• Prepare a concise training report summarizing implementation and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in political or social science, Economics, International Development, or Gender Studies
• Proven experience in conducting training and developing policy documents
• Extensive experience in gender, labor relations, and decent work
• At least 2 years of expertise in women's economic empowerment
• Strong knowledge of the Europe and Central Asia (ECA) region
• Proficiency in English, Uzbek, and Russian
