Job description

Responsibilities

  • Review unit boundaries, acreage, ownership, and well layouts for accuracy and compliance
  • Analyze lease terms to identify pooling restrictions, expirations, and development constraints
  • Review proposed wells and units to identify land, title, ownership, and contractual issues
  • Calculate, forecast, and validate working interest and net revenue interest
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for lease and title issues
  • Prepare, review, and record unit documentation
  • Maintain accurate unit development information within company systems

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Associate's degree or equivalent industry experience required
  • Knowledge of oil and gas land, leasing, title, ownership, and unit development concepts
  • Experience with land-management, mapping, or data-analysis systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail for reconciling complex ownership and acreage information
