Urban Planner

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive planning assessments, due diligence reports, and development applications
• Conduct research, policy analysis, and feasibility studies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to integrate planning inputs
• Engage with clients, stakeholders, and approval authorities
• Analyze spatial data and utilize GIS tools for site assessments and visualization
• Support project managers with timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Contribute to the development of fee proposals and project bids
• Stay current with evolving planning policies and sustainability best practices
• Mentor and support junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Town Planning, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of professional urban planning experience
• Experience within a planning consultancy or development organization
