Responsibilities

• Own information architecture across all new and legacy platform surfaces
• Set and carry cross-swimlane UX standards to ensure structural consistency
• Act as a quality checkpoint for prototypes to prevent structural debt
• Champion a blueprint-first design motion focusing on low-fidelity foundations
• Coach and model strong structural thinking to elevate the design practice
• Partner with AI product teams to build scalable UX foundations for intelligent experiences
• Maintain platform integrity by progressively bringing legacy areas up to standard

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on or managerial UX experience
• Deep expertise in information architecture and systems-level SaaS design
• Proven track record of owning IA across complex, multi-surface products
• Ability to influence horizontally across multiple teams without direct authority
• Experience establishing design processes and reusable component foundations
• Fluency in partnering with Product and Engineering on platform-level initiatives
• Strong communication, observation, and feedback skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering experience with JSON, CSS, or C++
• Python-ML background
