UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the design and communication of features and functionalities, documenting flows and interactions across teams
• Design user interfaces and write documentation in collaboration with UI designers, including logic, layout, mock-ups, and menu flows
• Lead iterative prototyping processes to validate design intentions and test interactions
• Conduct user research and build user personas
• Map user journeys in collaboration with Product
• Leverage user data analytics, research resources, and personas throughout the design process
• Advocate for product improvements to maximize engagement and retention
• Promote user-focus in feature development by providing teams with best practices and solutions
• Produce UX documentation to support evangelization and align development teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX roles on web applications
• 2+ years of experience with blockchain products
• Shipped 1+ blockchain product in the past 3 years
• Deep blockchain understanding with active on-chain product usage
• Strong skills in wireframing, interaction design, user flows, and prototyping
• Experience with focus groups, user testing, and journey mapping
• Solid understanding of interaction and graphic design fundamentals
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to articulate and empathize with user needs
• Experience collaborating within distributed or remote teams
• Adaptability and excellence in rapid prototyping and iteration environments
