Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and technology teams to improve digital user experiences
• Advocate for users while balancing business and technical constraints
• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform product and design decisions
• Support service design efforts to visualize systems and improve workflows
• Create wireframes and prototypes using established design systems
• Deliver UX, UI, and interaction designs ready for implementation
• Work transparently by sharing ideas and designs early and often
