UX/UI Designer — AI Application

Responsibilities

• Own UX and UI design for AI products, including agent interfaces, model interaction flows, and developer-facing tools
• Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, human-centered experiences
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping to validate design decisions
• Build and maintain a scalable design system across web and product surfaces
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ship design from concept to production
• Use AI design tools (Figma AI, v0, Cursor, Midjourney, etc.) as core multipliers in daily workflow
• Contribute to product strategy by identifying UX opportunities and advocating for the user

Requirements

• 2–6 years of product design experience (UX + UI) with a strong portfolio
• Demonstrable experience designing AI-native products — chatbots, agent interfaces, LLM-powered features, or prompt-driven UIs
• Native fluency with AI tools in your design workflow
• Strong systems thinking for complex information architecture
• Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with prototyping tools (Protopie, Framer, etc.) is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first, async environment
