UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile products
• Conduct UX research, user interviews, usability testing and analyze findings
• Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries and style guides
• Produce pixel-perfect UI mockups with strong visual hierarchy and typography
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers and stakeholders
• Present design solutions and iterate based on feedback
• Ensure designs meet accessibility and performance best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI or related field
• Experience with Principle, ProtoPie or similar interaction tools
• Experience building or maintaining design systems
• Familiarity with basic JavaScript for interactive prototypes
• Prior agency or client-facing experience
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
