UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Design user-focused digital experiences across websites, landing pages, product interfaces, and mobile experiences
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear, intuitive UX and polished UI solutions
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Apply and extend design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products and campaigns
• Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and developers across multiple time zones
• Design responsive experiences optimized for accessibility, usability, and performance
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and design workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI design across web, product, SaaS, or digital marketing environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and polished visual design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, and prototyping
• Experience working with complex design systems in Figma
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, and usability best practices
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing content creation tools, native editing experiences, or scalable platform interfaces
• Interest in using AI tools to enhance UX/UI workflows
