UX Writer / Content Designer

Responsibilities

• Create clear, concise microcopy for web and mobile interfaces used by UAE customers, ensuring an intuitive user journey.
• Develop content strategies and component-based content patterns for product teams in Dubai and across the UAE.
• Write help, onboarding, and support content, and maintain a content repository for reuse.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, researchers, and developers to align content with interaction design.
• Conduct content research, user testing, and iterate copy based on analytics and user feedback.
• Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and terminology across products and assist with localization for UAE audiences.
• Review and edit marketing and user-facing collateral such as presentations, infographics, and explainer scripts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2+ years experience
• UX writing

• CMS familiarity
• Figma skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with product teams in the UAE or MENA markets
• Familiarity with Arabic localization and bilingual content considerations
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive language best practices
• Experience with design systems and component-based content
• Background in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise product content
