Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own copy across all product surfaces to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and user-focused
  • Collaborate with product designers to optimize user flows and improve the overall product experience
  • Review product mockups and prototypes, providing copy recommendations and supporting design-to-engineering handoffs
  • Partner with engineering teams to develop intuitive language for complex technical concepts and workflows
  • Work closely with product and go-to-market teams to ensure product messaging aligns with business goals
  • Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, voice and tone guidelines, and copywriting standards
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on UX writing and content strategy
  • Identify opportunities to improve product usability through thoughtful language and content design

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in UX/UI writing, product design, product marketing, technical writing, or copywriting
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered writing
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and design
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams
  • Familiarity with Figma
