UX Writer

Responsibilities

• Create and manage in-product content for both B2C and B2B areas
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Researchers, Managers, and Engineering to deliver user-centered solutions
• Plan and develop copy that aligns business goals with user needs
• Provide content-first feedback during design reviews
• Write product tours to communicate UI updates and refine existing wording for clarity
• Contribute to the company style guide, product glossary, and other design assets
• Help test new features before they go live

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX writing or Content Design
• A portfolio demonstrating your approach to problem-solving, iteration, and impact
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience working with agile software (e.g., Youtrack, Confluence)
• Strong knowledge of accessibility principles
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to move easily between specialist B2B tools and consumer-facing experiences

• Experience with AI tools for content creation
• Familiarity with usability testing tools
