We are developing an end-to-end platform that is secure, scalable, and fully under the control of our users, empowering enterprises with AI that understands their unique business.

Responsibilities

• Write end-to-end flows and in-product copy including interface text, onboarding, system messaging, and error states
• Design features alongside designers and product teams from the concept stage
• Own naming, terminology, and product messaging
• Develop voice and tonal guidance for features and AI-generated content
• Ship copy directly into the build by working closely with prototypes and the real product

Requirements

• 4+ years of UX writing or content design experience in product
• Strong portfolio of in-product copy across mobile, desktop, and web
• Deep fluency with AI and conversational experiences (dialogue, prompts, chatbots)
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma
• Ability to present and defend writing choices to senior leadership
• Strong instinct for clarity in technical or complex products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing voice systems, terminology standards, or content guidelines
• Background in AI, technical, developer-facing, or infrastructure products
• Experience writing for accessibility and localization
• Experience creating or evaluating training data for language models
