UX/Product Design Leader

Responsibilities

• Participate in AI-moderated interviews and written tasks
• Complete qualitative surveys and feedback activities
• Share insights about workflow management practices, tool selection, and organizational needs
• Complete a paid screener to assess background and suitability for specific research tasks

Requirements

• Manager-level experience or higher in product management or product design
• Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, or managing workflow management tools
• Familiarity with software development, product development, or design workflows
• Involvement in purchasing decisions, tool selection, or strategic recommendations
• Direct experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com

Preferred Qualifications

• Involvement in budgeting or strategic recommendations related to development and collaboration tools
