UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Produce high-fidelity mockups and design assets for A/B tests, landing pages, email/SMS campaigns, funnels, and paid media creative
• Execute within established design systems and brand guidelines across multiple client accounts
• Translate briefs, hypotheses, and requirements into production-ready designs in Figma
• Prepare clean developer handoff files with specs, assets, and annotations
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and communicate proactively about capacity and blockers
• Use AI tools to support ideation, iteration, prototyping, and asset generation

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience for production-focused work, or 5–8+ years for senior-level scope
• Strong Figma skills, including components, auto-layout, and organized file structure
• Portfolio showing production-quality web, email, and paid media work
• Experience with conversion-focused design and experimentation
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication
• Ability to work self-directed and reliably under deadlines
• Demonstrated practical use of AI tools in daily workflow

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a CRO, experimentation, or growth marketing agency
• Familiarity with A/B testing and personalization platforms
• Experience designing email templates for ESPs
• Exposure to paid media creative formats and platform specs
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end constraints
• Design systems experience and client-facing presentation skills
