Valuations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Determine pricing strategies to maximize ROI for acquired properties
• Determine turnaround times for dispositions
• Partner with Sales and Construction departments regarding pricing, budgets, and scope of work
• Value residential properties across the entire US and ensure valuation accuracy
• Meet turnaround objectives for all valuations to ensure properties do not sit on the market too long
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in residential property valuations or underwriting
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework
• Bachelor's degree
