Variable Compensation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Calculate commissions using Varicent's Incentive Compensation Management software
• Record commission and variable pay accruals and payments within established timelines
• Complete review procedures to ensure accuracy of payments
• Review and process documents for completeness and proper approvals
• Reconcile commission balances

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of commission calculation and accrual experience
• Strong MS Excel skills including pivot tables and csv file uploads
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite
• Experience with Varicent ICM
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with UKG
• Willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools
