VBC Performance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant and account lead for assigned healthcare clients
• Ensure compliance with mandated reporting requirements and submission timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, sales, and business analysts
• Analyze baseline quality data and recommend improvement strategies
• Lead regular virtual client meetings to review data and provide strategic guidance
• Interpret CMS regulations, MIPS specifications, and program updates
• Provide training to clients on reporting requirements and technology use
• Support clients in leveraging EMR systems to optimize performance
• Conduct random chart audits to validate data accuracy and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare quality reporting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent client-facing and customer service skills
• Experience facilitating and leading group meetings
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
