Vendor Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the full vendor lifecycle including sourcing, onboarding, contracting, and renewals
• Coordinate procurement and lifecycle management for company hardware and IT equipment
• Partner with Legal on MSAs, NDAs, and service agreements
• Track software subscriptions to identify waste and duplicates
• Manage renewal calendars to prevent unauthorized auto-renewals
• Execute KYC/KYB for new vendors and maintain current documentation
• Act as the primary point of contact for third parties on operational matters
• Identify manual workflows and build scalable automations and trackers
• Support ad-hoc operations requests, reporting, and compliance packages

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, finance, procurement, or similar
• Experience in AI-driven workflows, process optimization, and operational automations
• Naturally detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple work streams
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to push back on vendors and manage timelines effectively
