Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of large scale projects to enhance customer experience and streamline processes
• Act as the primary client-facing point of contact for external partners throughout the project lifecycle
• Serve as a liaison between engineering and business teams
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure team alignment
• Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Assign project tasks based on team member strengths and skill sets
• Connect business goals with the prioritization of incoming project requests

Requirements

• Previous experience working directly in a veterinary clinic or implementing veterinary software
• Experience managing projects involving partnership plans, 3rd party integrations, and product launches
• Proven ability to build roadmaps, project plans, and timelines
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Ability to travel as required
