Job description

Responsibilities

  • Strategically identify clinics at risk of churning
  • Perform proactive outreach via phone, email, live chat, and video conference
  • Train and educate existing users on the Vetcove platform
  • Field customer concerns and objections with compassion
  • Create engaging educational content for veterinary professionals
  • Analyze user flow to understand clinic retention and churn
  • Solicit customer feedback to drive platform evolution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Sales, and Engineering teams
  • Develop and expand customer retention workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of customer-facing work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities
  • Strong presentation and demo skills
  • Experience with tech platforms is a plus
  • Veterinary industry experience is strongly preferred
